Soon to be the area’s tallest building, the long awaited 50 West 66^th Street has been voted 6sqft’s 2023 Building of the Year. This project will stand as a 775ft tall residential tower with 50,000 square feet of amenities.

This award winner marks the latest inclusion of Studco’s Vortex High Performance Framing System in a residential project. Vortex offers 50 West 66^th Street a powerful solution to internal walls in high rise buildings. It is a proactive step to mitigate the risk of creaking sounds within the 127 luxury homes housed within the tower and is classified as compliant in accordance with UL26; Fire Endurance Tests of Buildings Constructions and materials.
